About the Service:
The service aims to offer 24-hour person-centered support and care for individuals with learning disabilities, autism and/or delayed mental development identified through a health assessment. We aim to ensure that service provisions are tailored to each individual needs; ensuring that the individuals are healthy, happy and achieve their full potential, enjoying their day-to-day routines. The nature of services will vary according to the needs of each client.

Delivering The Strategy
Triple M Care Solution Limited will safely recruit staff who have good understanding and experience of working with vulnerable adults with different diagnosed medical conditions including Learning disability, Autistic Spectrum Condition etc. All staff members will receive regular updated training on key programmes, including adult safeguarding, health and safety, infection control, whistleblowing, food safety, autism awareness, information governance, fire safety, Mental capacity, first aid, responding to emergencies, management of medication and safer recruitment.

The registered manager is a qualified social worker with many years’ experiences of working with vulnerable adults.
How do we achieve these Objectives?
- By working within an individual plan of support that has been agreed with the client and the local authority.
- By working with the vulnerable adult or young person to promote and, where possible, increase their independence.
- By treating all clients with dignity and respect.
- By encouraging clients to be involved in the development of the service.
- By ensuring that support is provided by trained and competent staff.
- By supporting clients to access all community services available to them.
Purpose
Triple M Care Solution ltd services will provide support tailored to the needs of each adult in a way unique to the adult. The care support will be person centred; it will be plan with the adult and tailored to their needs. The adults’ choice, and what is important to the adult will be given priority through identifying and planning with them, the support that will enable them to achieve their goals. The adults receiving our services will be given information so that they are aware of the range of choices available to them. They will be made to feel safe and secure in all aspects of life, including health and well-being but not over-protected.
Triple M Care Solution ltd is a new and innovative supported living. Our services are tailored to provide a safe, secure and stable home for vulnerable adults whose care and support needs are as a result of their medical conditions which amongst others includes autism, mental health, learning and or/physical disabilities. Our supported living provides flexible services that will enable the individual to live independently in the community, retain choice, independence and control about their activities of daily living.
Triple M Care Solution Ltd believe that everyone, irrespective of their disability, should be free to make lifestyle choices and have their needs, wishes and aspirations met whilst living in their own home. The services that will be provided will be tailored to the outcome the adult would like to achieve, and it will also ensure that the adult stay safe and live healthy lives. The support services will be provided through support from experienced and skilled staff who will also support and safeguard the adults from danger and abuse.
The adult we would be supporting will have the lives of their choice, they will be given a voice, which will guide the way support is provided and will also enables us to help others hear what they are saying. We will take responsibility as a team and as an individual for the quality of our work.
Support staff will be present to promote autonomy, choice and control, as well as to provide direct care and support. We will strive to ensure that the adults receiving our services are supported to do as much as they can for themselves, and that staff do things with, rather than for the adults, promoting skills and independence.
As a service we will use person-centred approaches to offer people the support that is right for them as individuals – which sometimes means that decisions will be made in people’s best interests which they might not always agree with but will be made to safeguard the adult and keep the adult safe.
